Do you have any questions about eBrief or PIN AG?
Our customer service is there for you!
To smoothly process your letters, please keep the following in mind:
Spacing: consider above all the requirements for spacing, or use our letter template. Moreover, you can only upload documents in the compatible file formats. For more information on the topic of file formats, see the question Which file formats can I use for eBrief?
Pictures: your letter can also contain pictures, such as logos and graphics. In this way, you can, for instance, also integrate your company logo or a signature into the letter. For optimal printing results, please provide a picture resolution of at least 300 dpi.
All elements integrated have to be anchored within the PDF file, signatures or pictures that have been included will otherwise possibly not be printed. It should not be possible to change elements in the PDF uploaded.
We offer the following eBrief payment options:
Instant money transfer
PayPal (from €10 net basket amount)
Credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
Are you a business customer and would like to pay via invoice? Then before submitting your order, please contact our customer service team.
Please note that the use of the invoice payment option is only possible upon successful verification.
Yes. You can also send your eBrief letters as registered post (eEinschreiben).
For this, you simply need to activate the tick box “Zustellnachweis” in the configurator. The additional fee of €2.75 (net price) per letter (€4.19 net price for international delivery) is automatically charged. The registered post function is available both for single dispatchments as well as a series of letters.
Please note that you also need to follow the requirements in the letter template, as the delivery code is absolutely necessary and space for this needs to be guaranteed. You can find more information about this under the question “What do I need to keep in mind for the document attachment (e.g. pictures)?”.
What is registered post?
Registered post is delivered by the postal person to the recipient’s letter box and then documented by the postal person. You receive a PIN delivery number per letter and can track your letter up to the status of “Delivered”.
