To smoothly process your letters, please keep the following in mind:

• Spacing: consider above all the requirements for spacing, or use our letter template. Moreover, you can only upload documents in the compatible file formats. For more information on the topic of file formats, see the question Which file formats can I use for eBrief?

• Pictures: your letter can also contain pictures, such as logos and graphics. In this way, you can, for instance, also integrate your company logo or a signature into the letter. For optimal printing results, please provide a picture resolution of at least 300 dpi.

All elements integrated have to be anchored within the PDF file, signatures or pictures that have been included will otherwise possibly not be printed. It should not be possible to change elements in the PDF uploaded.
